Server mail archiving on a per ID basis

Our client wants all archiving of mail to be done by the server to the server (backups, security, etc.), so it must be done using policy docs. However, not everyone’s mail should be archived because some users need all their mail offline or their mail DB isn’t big enough to justify archiving. Is there a way to filter archiving policy on Domino 7 by user ID (or group)? Or is there another way to archive only some users in the NAB, rather than all, using archive policy docs? (For a number of reasons, this client is trying to stay away from relying on individual users to archive their own mail.)

Create one or more Explicit Policies. Create an Archive Settings document for each of these policies. In each user’s Person document, assign him to one of the Explicit Policies on the Administration tab.
