Server Installation Help: File Does Not Exist

I just finished installing my administration server (also a mail server) with no problems on a test environment. Now I’m trying to install the application server and it’s quitting after 4 lines.

Here’s the error:

Activity logging failed to initialize: File does not exist.

Updating default preferences

Server exiting

File does not exist

I’m using an existing server id and notes.ini. I can’t figure out what file is missing.

Now if I doing a fresh install, setup is also quitting.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I would recommend copy the notes.ini out of the folder, and remove all bu the first four lines of the one you left in \lotus\domino.Try starting the server, and you should run through setup again. You can add back lines from the original notes.ini if you must, but I would recommend using the one created by the setup process.
