Server.id not signed

If I create a server.id with the CA-Process and try to use the Server.id to configure a new server I received the message that the the ID is not yet signed.Normaly if I create user.ids they merge the certificate in the ID as I configure the client the first time, but the server.id or the dialog for setting up an additional server will not merge the certificate into the ID.

Is that a bug or did I something wrong?

At the moment I switch to the server.id in my client and then the certificate is imported.

Subject: You’re not doing anything wrong

Using the CA Process won’t work for server IDs. We have SPR JEDS7AUQS5 open to address the issue in a future release. You can use your workaround or just use the certifier ID to register the server ID.
