I am able to login to the server using the server ID with my Admin 8.0.2 client. I am then able to turn on Full Access Administration, however my server ID is neither in the Full Access Admin field on the server document or part of the group that IS in the Full Access Admin field. I’m wondering how it’s therefore possible to turn on FAA? Is anyone else able to reproduce this issue?
Before turning on FAA, I cannot open all databases with the server ID (as the ACLs are setup with the LocalDomainServers group listed as a “server group” under User Type). That part makes sense. What is confusing me however is if I click on FAA I am then able to open any database on the server.
How is this possible?
