Server Hangs with error (Insufficient semaphore)

Server hangs with following error : Insufficient semaphores to handle concurrent owned critical region.

There are some solutions for Linux Platform but I could not find for Windows Platform.

Please help !

We have the same problem, did you find a solution for this problem ?

We are using Windows 2003 Standard edition and Domino 6.5.3.
