Have a new user that is getting an error when trying to authenticate to mail server through the Notes client/ID file…They are getting-> “Server Error:You are not authorized to use this server” I’ve checked the security setting in the server document and everything is correct…No other user is getting this error…only this new user…checked to make sure they were not in the Terminated group…also checked their ACL and they are listed fine there and in proper group to access the server…what else should I check??? Help! Much appreciated!
Subject: Server Error: You are not authorized to use this server
Are they definitely using the correct certified ID file? Hit F5 and double check it’s not User Name/User Name (as this would happen something shuddered when first connecting to server).
