Server Error: You are not authorized to use the server

Hi.I installed the Notes client on a user’s machine and when I was setting it up, I got this “Server Error: You are not authorized to use the server”. Sounds easy right?.. but I’m very new to Lotus. Could someone walk me through on what to check to fix the problem?

Hi. I found out what the problem was. The user was in the deny access list. Didn’t get to check that.
