A user forgot his password. I had to delete the old account and create a new one.
When I try to log in with the new ID file I got this message when try access the server; “Server Error: You are not authorized to use the server”.
In the server document all users that have “user /company” got access to the server. The user is not in the “no access” group. I ran tell adminp process all and updated views and index in the addressbook.
