Server Document Not Updating

After upgrading from 7.0.2 the Server Connection Document is not updating. The Server Version is not updating, the OS is not updating and the DAOS tab is missing.

Subject: A few things…

  1. Check the Template version of the Server’s Domino Directory & confirm its 8.5.1. If it is not, then upgrade it (see Administrator Help Topic “Upgrading to a new Domino Directory template”).2. Review the contents of the Log.nsf’s Miscellaneous Events view for errors on the “names.nsf” Database & run Database Maintenance if necessary.

  2. If you aren’t using Lotus Administrator version 8.5.1, upgrade to that version.
