Server daylight savings time change

I have looked personally at 5 different servers today and had other people check 4 other servers in other organizations. All of these servers changed time at 1AM (back to 12AM). These servers were a mix from R5 to R7, multiple time zones, but I do believe they were all running on some form MS Server. I verified the time change by looking at the time stamps in log.nsf

Can anyone explain why the Domino server changed at 1AM instead of waiting until 2AM?

The thing that started this process is that I had a LotusScript call to “Now” that ran at 1:15AM. The resulting text field has the time of 1:15AM but the document was time stamped as 12:15AM. I’m guessing that Now accessed the OS date/time which had not yet changed.
