After migrating the server to 6.5 (WIn2K), it crashes each hour.
We suspect the chronos task and we add to notes.ini, “Chronos_FullText_Disabled=1” to disable chronos task, but chronos run and the server crash.
Any idea?

Marc, I ran into a similar problem after upgrading to R6. Did you rebuild all of the full text indexes after you upgraded? I am not sure how many databases you have on your server with full text indexes. I had to make a list of databases, delete all of the full text indexes with the Admin client, and then rebuild them one by one.
In the end, one mail database was causing my problem. I could create full text indexes of all of my databases with the exception of one mail database. This mail database was originally created in R4.6, had been converted to iNotes5.ntf format, and then was converted to iNotes6.ntf format. Whenever I created a full text index of this database, the server would immediately crash. I tried to run a fixup, Compact -c, and updall -R against this database, but none of the above helped me. In the end, I split the database documents into two equal halves and ran tests against each half. Only one half of the documents would cause the server to crash. In a process of elimination (cutting the database in half each time) I found ten documents that were the culprit. I did submit this problem to IBM and even sent them the database and the documents but don't know what they ever discovered. I only went through the pain of finding which document was causing the problem because the mail database belonged to the President of my company. Otherwise I may have been tempted to inform the user that they could not have a full text index of their mail database any more.
