Server Crash!

Hi

One of my costumers has a 6.5 server on a win2000 server with SP4. One users ( with 5.07 client ) sends a meeting invitation to other users ( with 5.07 or 6.5 clients )they open it OK, but when the accept the invitation the server crashes with this error :

Subject: Server Crash !

1)Does it only happen with that client version?1a)What version of the mail file template are they using R5 or R6

2)Try Upgrading the client to a later version of 5, does it still happen?

3)Try to reproduce it on a test server.

Finding out those things will not only help you but Lotus if you have to bump it to them for support.
