Am wondering if anyone has encountered this situation where our Domino Server crashed with no dump info, nsd. The OS is still running fine and event logs showed nothing abnormal.
The server was restarted fine as well. Would VPN access, backup tape medium, etc cause a server to crash?

I have this same issue. On, mostly, Saturday mornings areound 0200, one of my servers stops. The Domino service is off and not one indication of a problem anywhere. The monitors just go red.
Only thing I’ve found in Schedule Mgr kicks off at 0200 and a minute or so later the Service just stops.
Event vierwe, server logs, domino logs look fine up to the point of stopping.
Did you ever find a solution?
I believe iff I could move the Sched mgr task to another time I might be able to isolate the proble to this specific task.
