on a W2K server I have installed domino an I am starting der Domino Server Controller as a service (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Lotus Domino Server (LotusDominoData)\ImagePath
E:\Lotus\Domino\nservice.exe =E:\Lotus\Domino\notes.ini -jc). When I connect with jconsole.exe from a remote machine to the server an stop the Domino Server (either with quit/exit at the console or with menue File - Stop Server…) the Domino Server Controller also quits - and I am not able to start the server again 
When I am starting the controller manually (nserver.exe -jc) the controller continues running, even if I stop the Domino Server.
Anyone an idea?
