Server console window freezes after shutdown

I am running a domino server locally on my XP machine to test my web apps. The server used to shut down without a problem, but recently the console remains open after the “Shutdown complete” message, and the whole system becomes unstable if I try to kill the server task! Any ideas why this is happening?

My first thought would be Domino isn’t supported on XP :slight_smile:

… yeah, but it runs fine on my XP machine. Try this to see if it helps … start up the server and then kill the tasks manually one by one…then see if the ‘hanging’ keeps happening.
