Server configuration document: smtp and router ignore them!

We have a BIG BIG problem with domino smtp and router. We often configured them with no problems, but in this case we have many problems.

  1. Our internet domain is “eltra.it”

  2. Server configuration document is created and configured and “Allow messages only from the following internet hosts to be sent to external internet domains” parameter in SMTP INBOUND SETTIGS has local server IP [192.168.25.2] specified as the unique relay host allowed.

  3. Global domain created and configured with domain “eltra.it”

When firewall (192.168.25.221) connects to domino server, SMTP server accepts all messages to be sent to external internet hosts without blocking any message.

we tried to recreate configuration document and server document, but nothing to do. It seems that our domino server cannot resolve local internet domain, so it considers all messages like internal.

Any suggestion?
