I have a spoke server in another office. It was recently rebuilt. For some reason now when the 4 users in that office send emails to each other, something changes the name in the “TO” field from “Joe Smith/HCC” to "joe_smith@hcc.com and then kicks back to sender as undeliverable. Our SMTP format in our server is set to first initial, last name, then @ domain name. I have panned over server docs, config docs, but can’t seem to find the cause.
What is causing this? HELP PLEASE!
