The Domino version for this server is recorded as ‘’ in the ‘Server build number’ field of the Server document. Unfortunately, the Domino Configuration Tuner failed to understand this value.
The resolution was to post on the forum this information:
Please report this problem as a post to the IBM Lotus Notes/Domino 8 Forum. In your report, please include the following information: config.xml=‘20091007T081945,00-04’. Thank you.
Also, please include the following information: location=‘the Server document’, setting=‘Server build number’, curval=‘’, resval=‘unrecognized’.

Thanks,

Subject: AdminP Updates This Field…
Make sure that the Administration Server of the Domino Directory is running the AdminP Task. This is important as it will be the Server whose AdminP Task will actually process this request. If the Server whose build # is missing is not the Administration Server of the “names.nsf”, then make sure it is replicating “admin4.nsf” with the Administration Server of the Domino Directory, along with the “names.nsf”.You can check the “admin4.nsf” Database to see if a request to update the Server’s build # exists too & try having it reprocessed if it-exists. If it does not, review the contents of the following TechNote to re-populate that field:
Note: Be sure to read the entire TechNote before implementing any solution(s):
