Dear Sir/Madam,
Please note that server based archiving is enforced in our organization. The agent runs every friday after hours. The problem is only mails from inbox and sent items are getting archived whereas mails from personal folders are not getting archived.
I am aware that in Archive Criteria settings on the server, I have specified ‘In views or folders’ and checked Inbox and Sent. There is no place where personal folders are listed for selection.
Do I understand that server-based archiving works only for mails in inbox and sent and exclude personal folders.

Hi - Default selection is ‘In all views or folders’. When you select ‘Only in these views or folders…’ instead, your criteria set will only be applied to the views/folders you select (inbox and sent, in your case).

If I understand correctly, I should not check the options ‘In views or folders: Inbox and Sent’ and then the default settings will be applied?? I don’t see the option ‘In all views/folders’

Just to let others know that by default (by not checking ‘In views and folders’), the archiving process runs in personal folders as well.
