I am trying to implement server based archiving in a 6.5.4 environment. I have setup a policy and when I execute the compact command it returns the error, you are not authorized to perform that action. I have included the user in the create database field on the destination server. I would appreciate any help.

found the solution…forgot to grant my mail server create datbaase access on the archive server…silly me…
