Hello
I am getting the following error message when running a scheduled agent. “You must have permission to encrypt documents for server based agents”.
The agent is signed with an id that has the encryption keys that is allowed to encrypt/decrypt fields on document sin the database.
What other access rights must I set on the server in order for this agent to encrypt/decrypt documents on the server?

Have you tried setting the Runtime Security Level of the Agent to “2. Allow restricted operations”?

Even though the agent is signed with the ID that has the keys, that does not make the keys available to the agent.
As far as I know, if a server-run agent needs to encrypt using private keys, they must be attached to the server’s ID file.
