Server Availability Index on RHEL

I have a test Domino 8.0.1 server running on RHEL 5 with a handful of pilot users. It has 2 - quad core CPUs, 8GB RAM; the CPU utilization never goes above 10% and the memory usage is about 900MB with the swap file never being touch. So from a System Monitor perspective, the load is extremely light. However, the Domino Server Availability Index consistently reads in the 60% range.

It explains that the SAI is not a percentage, but a number - and is used for clustered servers.
