We are having an issue w/ certain people accessing a certain server. The message they get, only on this server, is that they are locked out and see their administrator. The first person this happened to, I went and discovered that my predecessor had in the server document denied access to a group- I have taken that out and allowed access to that server for everyone- (it now says “Anyone can access this server” ) - but… the problem persists for others- their ID’s are not locked and they can access other domino servers.
