I’ve installed Domino Server 6.0.1 english!
Then I would install the german Language Pack 6.0.1 CF1 but the installation abort with an Error Message that the Language Pack isn’t for that Server Version.
OK - I’ve logged in to the Download Area but there isn’t a Server 6.0.1 CF1.
I’ve asked to IBM the same question but I didn’t became an answer :-((
Whta can I do?

Same Problem here,I have some similar issues and the incremental install simply do not work ( checksum errors like every incremental install during the last 7 years 
)
Looks like we have to wait for 6.0.2

Checksum errors are occurring because somewhere along the line, you installed Domino full code on top of a current install, but you didn’t install all features that were already there, so you may have installed Domino 6 from CD, then installed Domino 6.01 from CD, but (this is an example) maybe you didn’t install the Billing task, or some other task when you installed 6.01, but you did, when you installed 6.0. So when the Incremental installer hits “Billing”…it thinks its 6.0…and the Incremental installer is only for 6.01 to 6.01 CF1.
