Serious problem with Domino server on a AS/400 machine

Hi

I have a very serious problem with my domino server. The Domino server is on a AS/400 machine. Since this morning ( the noteslog does not show any logging at all about the reason) every process is extremely slow.

When I run an agent manually from my designer client it runs without any problem. But when I leave the same agent to the server to run through the amgr task it hangs forever. The cpu utilization shows no activity at all. it seems that the notes task are not using any resources at all from the AS/400 machine.

Does anyone has any advice to solve this urgent problem?

if this is a serious problem you should call IBM for support.

I have very bad experience with IBM. I am lucky if they can help me on a very short notice. It takes ages before I can get someone that can actually help me.

I need a very quick solution to my problem. Maybe someone in this forum can give me a tip or advise.
