SERIOUS probem in domino directory , in view $users my names appear 2 times

I have a problem of homonym in my domino directory.

In fact when users send me a mail, two names display in the list :

for example :

Nicolas SMITH/ SOCIETY

SMITH

Its is a problem for users.

When I look the view $users i can see :

two lines

SMITH … type = certifier

CN = NICOLAS SMITH/O = SOCIETY … Type = person

This is my problem.

In the ressponse search address , the result display the person and the certify .

I don’t know why I have a type name “certifier”.

If i delete the certifer , it is dangerous ?

Can you explain me that ?

I decide to hide the certifier for all persons, in document properties - who can read this document .

I think one day , I create a certifer for this person.
