We have two companies (XYZ and ABC) with an email domain of @xyz.com configured on our Domino server.
Now the company ABC has seperated their identity for business purposes and they created and registered an email domain of @abc.com.
We have configured it on our Domino server that the Primary is the @xyz.com and the alternate is @abc.com.
XYZ has a user1, and he can receive emails from user1@xyz.com and user1@abc.com.
ABC has a test1, and he can receive emails from test1@abc.com and test1@xyz.com.
Now, the management of ABC wants to seperate their email domain identity. But, they wanted if somebody send them an email using @xyz.com email domain, there should be an automatic generated reply email to the sender that their address is already @abc.com. This should take effect for at least 3 months.
Is it possible? Do we have do install another machine and install another Domino server with different public IP address? Or do we have to do it using a third party solution? or does Domino has a built-in tool? How to do this? Please, your Wisdom is highly appreciated.
