Sent mail not in sent view

One of our users is complaining of there being no SENT mail in the SENT VIEW. The last mail in there is from 21/02/05. Since then, none of the mail she has sent, has actually been put in the sent view, even though the mail has definately gone out.

Any ideas people?

Look into the mail user preferences. There is a field “Save mail that you send”. Maybe it is changed to “Don’t keep a copy”

Have the user check “File/Preferences/User Preferences” section “Mail” field “Save mail that you send”.

Probably set to “Don’t keep a copy”.

thanks guys, this has sorted the problem…Although the user swears she hasnt gone into the preferences and changed the field!! Anyway, its working now, so thats fine.
