I have a user on a Domino 6.5 server, Notes 5.0.11 Notes client and mail template. Some of his e-mails he sends appear both in his Inbox and Sent view. What could be causing this? I called Lotus support and they have no explanation…Any help is appreciated.

Is this user one of the addressees, perhaps by way of being a member of a group that he’s sending to?

He’s sending the message to an individual. He even had his e-mail sent to just me show up on the sent and inbox!! He’s not listed on the cc, bcc fields and no groups are listed.

Hello Sonia ! It makes the following sequence of commandos in the console: (client Notes=closed)
dbcache flush
load fixup mail\base.nsf
load updall mail\base.nsf -R
