I have a user who uses his Local replica most of the time.He has reported to me that his Sent Items folder does not match on the server replica.
It seems that some items sent while he’s on local do not replicate to the server. Is there any way to ensure that this does not happen?
He constantly refers to his sent items, and when using Webmail they’re not all there.
Subject: check the settings
Please check if the save send messages option is selected underfile>preferences> user preferences, Mail tab.
If yes, close Notes, rename the existing replica on the local machine. When you replicate next time, this will create a new nsf file. If the user wants to open any old sent emails, uyse file> database>open and select the old nsf file.

Have the Domino Server selected when you take the Local Replica ACL snapshot

Subject: Replication Scope
Click on the “scope” column on the replicator page for the user’s mail DB. Is “send documents to server” enabled?
This setting is PER LOCATION, so it may be enabled on some and not on other…explaining why some docs replicate back to server and others don’t.
Subject: RE: Replication Scope
He did not have the ‘send documents to server’ checked, so I’ve asked him to do that. Hopefully that’ll sort out the issue.
Thanks for your help!
