Dear All,
One of my user is in US and he is working with local replica, he complaints that whenever he sents a mail, its not been saved in the sent folder.
Work arround:

Checked in the mail preferences, it shows always keep a
copy.

Checked in the replication settings, Send/Receive
documents to server is checked.
-
There is no quota restriction for his mail file.
But still he is complaining that the mails are not saved in the local replica,
I have checked his server mail box and working fine.
Please let me know what could be the cause.
