First off I want to say I am new to the notes admin and trying to learn. I have made a shared mail file and 3 users have the ability to access it. What I want is to be able to keep all sent email from this mail file. The 3 users are not switching id’s but just going into the shared mail file. I did some testing and figured out that if 1 user has “to not keep sent mail” when they are using their own mail and then switch to the shared mail file that the email will not be saved.
Basically I am asking if there is a way to force the shared mail file to always keep saved mail even if 1 of the users changes it while in their own mail.
I hope this makes sense and someone will be able to lead me in the correct direction.
