One of our user sending mails with attachment to local group and cc to individuals. After that this user sending same mail again with bcc option because she wants her mail copy. Ones recipients receive this mail what they normally does is, save the attachment and discard the mail. Some times when recipient discarding this mail, mail automatically sent from this user to above mention group and individuals and it’s says attachment deleted by this particular user and “sent by” option display underneath of mail latter head.
This scenario very difficult to explain and its not happen all the time, this is 4th time happed to me facing big issue with this because this is banking organization and their very critical with mail policies. Our server is lotus 8.0 and some client running with 6.5 and some are 8.0. We are not enabled shared mail option or transaction logging.
What are the possibilities for this kind of scenario and please help me

Subject: Default Functionality
I believe starting in IBM Lotus Notes v8.0.x, the default functionality for Reply-To and Reply-To-All buttons does not include attachments embedded on the Parent Note. This causes the “Attachments deleted by ” messages to appear in Memos. Having attachments-included as the default functionality unnecessarily increases the size of Mail-files (in-general).
If Users wish to include attachments within a memo when using the Reply-To or Reply-To-All button using IBM Lotus Notes 8.0.x clients, they must click the drop-down menu of the button & select “… & Attachments”. Otherwise, the “Attachments deleted by ” messages will appear in responses to a Parent Note with an attachment.
