I have an application that us used by internet(web) users only - no Notes mail file.The internet users do have person documents with the “Other Internet Mail” setting and an email address specified in the “Internet Address” field.
When the status of a request in an application changes - the users get an email alert which is generated by an agent that looks up their person document for their email address.
When the agent runs, it generates the email OK but the server console reports an error that is cannot find the users Notes mail file even though the user is configured as an Internet user only.
Anybody know why this is happening?
In the Person document should we be entering the web users email address in the “Internet Address” field or the “Forwarding Address” field?
