Sending Reminders to Everyone

Using L/N Calendar how can I set up some kind of template with reminders throughout the year and populate every-one’s calendar in one fail swoop? For example, if we simply want to fill every-one’s calendar with the “Payday” on the 15th and 30th of each month of 2007. Can I do that somehow?

You can setup your own company holidays - or paydays - in the directory and then each user can just use the calendar import function to pull them into their own calendars.

I actually assumed that could be done but I don’t know to do that. I guess I should have worded my question in that manner. So how can I set up company holidays?

FYI: I am not a trained L/N person. We had to let go our expert and the tasked has fallen on me. I am a SQL Server DBA.
