Hi,
One of my colleagues tries to send something from within a database to someone who’s not in his own addressbook. Whenever he tries to send it, Notes tells him “names.nsf” is not yet opened.
For the fun of it I tried to open his names.nsf and it still says it is not opened yet…
Anyone knows what to do?

I think we could use more details- if he righ clicks on the document - he can “copy as link” and then paste the link in to his e-mail- or he can do Edit > Copy as Link > view / DB / Document - and paste that in to his e-mail.

Inside the database this guy has some kind of mail form. He must fill in someone for approval (he fills his own name in) and he has to address a receiver. Then at the top of the database is this button “Issue/Approve”. I have no idea about what all this does, nor does this colleague. Both my colleague’s who are more experienced Notes users are both not at the office, so I cannot ask them for help. I’m sorry for how little information I can offer you.
