Appreciate some help here.
We upgraded from Lotus Notes 8.5.3 to 9 and since then on a database where excel spreadsheets are sent into using the File Send To As Attachment feature of office, the following is happenning.
There is a database which recieves the email and has an Inbox view and a Complete view. The user open the document in the inbox view, places the order on another system and then clicks Complete. The complete simply changes a current status field and then save and closes the document.
Problem is that it does then display in the Complete view but actually this is a copy of the original document as it is still in the Inbiox view. I can delete it from the Inbox view and it stays in the complete view so i know it’s a copy.
Worked fine before the upgrade.
