One user is getting this error when she tries to send an email to a group with several groups as members. Other users have no problem sending to this group.
ERROR: Field is too large (32K) or view column & selection formula are too large.
Why is only one user getting this and her mail file. How do I fix this?

From the help: What is the maximum number of recipients in a single mail message? For individual names and private groups which expand locally, 15KB; for public groups which expand on a server, 5MB
So:
Check if she is using a local replica of the address book that holds the groups.
Ask her to select the delivery option “do not expand personal groups” before sending the message
