Hello all,I’m administrating 1500 Notes users and lately, due to major Hebrew problems, i changed the way users are sending mail to the internet from text to HTML.
The problem is that this change affected the way calendar appointments were sent to external users (internet mail via SMTP).
Before the change, outlook users were able to treat the mail message as an calendar appointment and accept or deny the appointment.
Now external outlook users are receiving only an html informational table which displays the subject, time, attenders etc.
Outlook treats the message as an ordinary mail message with no accept nor deny options.
This behavior causes many problems and complains.
I don’t want to go back sending emails in text format because the HTML format solved us many Hebrew right to left problems.
Any suggestions ?
