My test environment is a 8.0.1 server and a 7.0.3 client. When a user sends an encrypted email, the email is saved in his “Sent” view but it is not encrypted. Another user that has access to his email would be able to read that email even if he is not into “To” field. The receiving person receives the email as encrypted email…
Also when I tick “Encrypt saved copy of mail that you send” File → Security → “User Security” → Mail has no effect: another user who has access to his database is able to read the emails that have been sent even if they were encrypted.
Do I miss anything or it is a security hole?
Thank you
Vlad
