Hi all,

I have an 8.0.1 Domino Server running in RHEL 5 and I have a litle problem with this instalation.

Domain: abcd.com

Name: Anderson Kaiser

E-mail: alpkaiser@abcd.com

When I send an e-mail to an external domain, the “From”, in my external domain apears like alpkaiser. But I want it like “Anderson Kaiser”.

What I have to change in my configuration to resolve this problem?

The IBM Support sugests to change the “Internet Mail Address” in the location and put "Anderson Kaiser"alpkaiser@abcd.com. But I will have to do it in all Notes Client.

Please, somebody can help me?

Subject: internet address format

IBM support is correct; you would add that address format to the “Internet Mail Address” field on your current location.

Not sure what you mean, when you say “… but I will have to do it in all Notes Client.”

Not sure what you mean, when you say “… but I will have to do it in all Notes Client.”

I need to do this configuration in all Notes Clients and all users in my domain, because everybody has the same configuration. I Have more than 500 users and machines.

Don`t have an automatic way to do this change in server? I remember Domino 6.5 was an option to this in the Configuration Document, but I can’t find it in 8.0.1.
