Hi there
When we recieve mails from China in the font Batang, Notes converts the text into squares in the sender field. When I copy and paste it into Microsoft Word, it appears in chinese letters.
We also recieve mails from China where the name of the sender is converted into ÉîÛÚÊÐÁª·¢¾§ÃÀÖÆÆ·³§. It seems like there is a conversion problem.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
