Hi,
when setting a rule to Send Copy To on a client it’s not working. I have seen documentation on the IBM site which says…
“Note If you find that a rule using the send copy to action is not working, ask your system administrator whether this feature has been disabled for your organization.”
Can someone tell me where this would be set I can’t find it anywhere

In teh Domino Directory expand ‘Configuration’ - ‘Messaging’ and open there eighter the home/mailserver document or the “* - All Servers” document
Then goto here:
‘User rules mail forwarding’ must be enabled to use it.

Unfortunately, my hope of finding it disabled was dashed after digging down deep into the settings document. It was already enabled. The question now is, why doesn’t it work then ???
