"Send to" Mail Recipient (attachment) - soft deletion tab displayed

Hi All,

When using the “Send to” Mail Recipient (attachment) from MS-Word , opening up the Trash Folder and the word document attachment in a window in Notes saying ‘This document is marked for Soft deletion’(Trash document).

Workaround :

Goto - INBOX - select a document, wait for few minutes , then try again , will open in a new memo.

What could be a solution for this ?

A new SPR was written - the problem occurs when the user has the focus on the mailfile set to the trash folder. As a workaround, have the user focus on the inbox or on some other folder based on the inbox design.
