Can someone explain what this feature exactly does >

does smtp relay servers affect this, example domino smtp relays mail to a sendmail server , then to internet

Hi Ken,
i´m rather sure, it´s an old 4.6-setting. Cause notes could´t handle mime-mails in 4.6, there was an own format, so recepient had seen the formatings of sender.
inexplicable, while it is still in the delivery-options, seems it is a forgotten leftover.
