Hello,
I have a user who is unable to send email from their archive. They go into their archive, select an email, and then click on the forward button the email launches and the user is prompted to enter the address they wish to send the email to.
Unfortunately “Send" “Send and File” “Save As Draft” are all missing. There is only a white space. This is only present in the archive. The other emails folders function normally.
