Send pictures per mail

Hello,

i creat a database to send greetingcards per mail. Some greetingcards includes pictures.

When i want send a greetingcard with a picture,

the picture is convert to an attachement.

How can i unable the convertion ?

The picture should be show in the mail as an image and not as an attachement.

I also want to do similar function. I want to send the greeting e-card to customer but I don’t know how to do? It is because I am a new user (we just change from exchange to Notes 3 months)

requirements:

  1. mail address merge in from excel or notes address book.

  2. the notes mail content is unchange except the sender and receiver from excel or address book.

  3. the notes contain a embed graphic

Can you tell me how to do and give me sample?

I create a RTF field in the mask and a buttonwith an action / function @mailsend with all.

In the RTF field i put the image, maybe per copy and paste.

Sorry, but i am a newbie in the lotus development.

I think this is a user local preference. Follow File–>Preferences–>User Preferences–>Additional Options–>Show in-line MIME images as attahements

Maybe this is solved.
