Is it possible that i’m working with mail-in database and agent avent and i find everytime some problems? Now i’m testing the agent after new mail is arrived…it works slow, but works…i have thought in this way until i have tested the agent not only when i write a new mail ( my agent sends to mail-in database the mail) but when i do a reply to a mail…then may agent sends to the mail-in databse an empty mail, again like it does with the event before mail arrives…Why?thanks
