We have different teamrooms on R5. We often use “Send links to assignees”. In R5 this worked fine. Now we migrated server and clients to R6 and most of our users experience that the function “Send links to assignees” doesn’t show the doclink-icon in the resulting notes-mail anymore. they get a description like this:
Item: (Document link: Database ‘208 - Bizibit ClockWork NT’, View 'By
Date’, Document ‘test’)
without the icon.
With me it, it works fine. I already changed the user rights to manager to test if it was a security thing, but that didn’t make a difference. When I compare the body field of
my email to that of a user, I notice that in his body there is:
“Content-type: text/plain; charset=US-ASCII”
while this isn’t there in my mail. Could this be the problem and where do I have to change these settings?
