We have a lot of off-line users who only replicates their mail file and never go online. When these users move certifier or are renamed the rename process does not complete because the users never opens their mail on the server.
What I need to do is to create an ie email to users that forces them to open their mail file on the server.
My idea is to use the people view in the addressbook and having an agent that reads the information from the person documents and sends the info to the user. As the user then opens the email he/she is then redirected to their mail file on the server. So the info must use some sort of autolaunch.
I have tried to use the forums examples but I just can’t get it to work. Have you any ideas?
